Victim Assistance Coordinator

The Maryland Province Review Board has retained a Victim Assistance Coordinator who focuses on the response to victims' and survivors' requests in timely manner. Specifically, the Victim Assistance Coordinator has the following functions:

  • To assist in finding qualified therapists for persons requesting counseling in a timely manner.
  • To assist in conducting intake and some initial interviews with victims or survivors as requested by the Maryland Province Review Board.
  • To give reports to the Maryland Province Review Board on the progress of the initial response to victims or survivors.
  • To be available to victims and survivors by telephone as needed.
  • To maintain complete confidentiality regarding all cases and matters under the purview of the Maryland Province Review Board.
